Second Fill....

Hi everyone... I want to say reading everyone's post have been really helpful. I was banded on 3/22/12 and had my first fill in May. I've only lost 15lbs to date. I didn't experience any restriction after the first fill so I'm hoping after my second fill tomorrow I will have some and will start losing. My husband and I are going away for our 18th wedding anniversary in September and I would love to be able to hang out on the beach and feel comfortable. Fingers crossed!!! ;)

Well at 10 weeks you are loosing 1.5 lb per week which is well within the expected range (1-2 pounds per week). Some people loose faster than others. I am at restriction and would be really happy to loose 1.5 a week. Don't expect to loose 5 pounds a week like some people on this forum claim it is not realistic.

Received 2nd fill today. Really bummed... I only lost 1/2 lb in 4 weeks. On my last fill she only put 3cc on top of the 1cc the doctor put in at surgery. I still didn't have any restriction. So today she added 1 3/4cc. Hopefully I will notice some restriction now and it will kick the weight lose....
