How Long Do You Wait Before Eating After A Fill?

I got my 6th fill yesterday. Tonight I was able to eat a turkey burger with veggies. No bread.

Is this ok? How long should I wait before eating solid food after getting a fill?

I am at 6.2cc in a 10 cc band. Very little restriction. No weight loss in the past month. I am ready to lose some pounds. What I am doing wrong?

    They said 2 days liquids then 2 days soft foods for me. I get my fills on fridays cause it is easy to get in and out cause of that reason.
