    I live in Las Vegas, NV where we're rockin' triple digits!! I still walk two miles a day and have started weight training three times a week.

    I'm feeling sore, but in a good way!! Just trying to keep positive and stay out of bad habits. Las Vegas is a city of excess and I plan on being strong and taking everything in moderation!! So far so good!!
