Started my liquids a couple of days ago. My doctor didn't tell me how much to lose before 6/7. Any ideas how much I should lose doing 5 protein shakes a day?

I was banded March of 2011. My Dr. Told me I had to lose 10 pounds on the 2 week liquid diet before the surgery. When they weigh me the day of the surgery I was down 12 pounds. Form the liquid diet. Hope this helps you.
