First Fill

I had my first fill today. I now have 3.8cc (confused about the odd number). I'm back on liquids for 2 days, then soft for 1 day. And I'm already hungry. I hope I get some restriction once I go back to solids!

Congrats Gale on your first fill!! I'm scheduled for mine next week and i'm a little nervous. But I hear you about being on liquids for 2 days and soft foods for a day, i thought we were done with those stages  But I guess every time we get a fill it will be the same. But just think your one step closer to getting to that good restriction, best of luck to you.

Isn't this period between the fill and solids mentally painful? I hate this time because you are so impatient to find out if you finally have restriction but have to wait 3 days. I really didn't see any restriction till my 4th fill so Xing fingers your first fill does the trick.

As long as you stay under 1200 calories just eat more liquids or mushies. Not to be a downer but it took me 6 months of fills to get restriction.

So I couldn't do liquids for 2 days, so just had soft today. I realize this is a slow process, but as a previous post stated, it is mentally painful! I get full on about a cup of food, but was hungry again 2-3 hours later. I'm told not to snack & only eat 3 meals or less, but my stomach is literally growling! So I don't think fill #1 restricted me, but that's ok. I will be patient & continue doing what I'm doing.
