What Are You Eating??

I would love to get an idea of what other people are eating and what helps you be successful. What do you eat on a typical day?

Sunday- Friday:

Breakfast: eggbeater omelette with onions, tomatoes, and low sodium Canadian bacon or turkey

First Snack: 16 oz black coffee

Second Snack: small lettuce wrap with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and mustard

Lunch: small green salad with chopped half chicken breast, tomatoes, garbanzos, oil and vinegar

Afternoon snack: snap peas or celery

Dinner: 3 oz meat, 1/2 cup veggies (usually brocolli or mixed)

Snack: 30 pistachios OR tablespoon Peanut Butter OR sugarfree/carb free drink OR nothing

Saturday only : lots of dairy, cheese, Protein drinks, fruit and carbs with no limits

I try to stay away from processed crap, but everything is a go. Today I had a Greek yogurt and an Atkins cafe caramel for breakfast, two chicken legs and some tuna for lunch, mixed fruit, hummus, and pita chips for snack/dinner. I will probably have another protein item before bed, but I am pretty much done for the day.

Yesterday:

Bfast= 1 scrambled egg, one slice of bacon I made twice this much and had to refrigerate the rest.

Lunch= Some almonds, 3 slices of deli meat

Snack= one apple in the morning and some beef Jerky in the afternoon.

Dinner= Green Chili Stew/pork 6 ozs, over a burger. I'm surprised I ate the whole thing?

Today

Bfast= 1 fried egg, smothered in 4 ozs of green chili stew and pork.

Snack= 1 pear

Lunch= 2 slices deli meat, 4 shrimp w/cocktail sauce.

Dinner=Leftover Filet Mignon 3 ozs(all I could eat), spinach and veggie salad w/olive oil, balsamic vinegerette, some crumbled feta cheese,

Dessert= 1 Dove dark choc passion bit.

Dee,

Why don't you go in for a fill? Otherwise, it's just another diet?

I also exercise multiple times a week. I have started jogging again and do that 3-4 times a week for 1hr or so. I have also intermittently attended aqua classes, but have found lately that home exercise is easiest due to my schedule.
