I had my lapband removed a few years ago. I would like to have my handle/profile deleted from the forum, please. How do I do that? I have already tried messaging a moderator.

Have you tried going to your profile and deleting your email

Where do I remove my email address? I've looked all over my profile and I can't even remove my birth date.

I have also tried to remove myself from all the notifications... but I still get things.

I'd like to just have my name/handle/profile deleted. Is there a specific, active moderator I can message to do this?
