My nutritionist said i can have sf jello as a pre op diet snack, she didnt say how much, can we really have as much as we want?

Lol, yeah not looking to eat a pot full lol, (that would be a funny picture) but the diet im on, i have to have 3oz portions, of protien, veg etc. Just wondering if i had a small bowl instead of 1/3 cup if that was ok. Lol :)

I don't see why not. I eat 3 oz protein in addition to veggies and sometimes a potato. Are you only eating a 3 ounce meal total weight?

No, sorry i ment 3 oz protien, 3 oz vegg, 3 oz vegg thats my dinner. Lunch protien shake, breakfast 3oz plain greek yogurt and small fruit. Thats it, just having issues with wanting that full feeling lol
