Loaded questions...

I just got my second fill last week. I'm at 5.5cc's in a 10cc band. I am having some constant tightness and feel like I need a bit removed out of my band.

The part that I'm confused about though is that I'm feeling quite a bit of hunger between meals. I'm eating about 1/2-3/4 of a cup each meal (3x/day) and eating 1-2 healthy Snacks a day. That seems like the right amount, and I'm not having trouble keeping it down.

The good news is I'm losing weight consistently. Maybe I just need to wait longer for me to adjust to this fill.

Sometimes i wonder if when they repaired my hernia, it was stitched too tight. This tightness almost feels like pulling down.

Okay, I know I'm a worry wort, I over think things. Sorry guys!

If you are really worried about the hernia, call your doctor. But as far as the fill goes it could take a few weeks to adjust to it, so if you are eating properly and not vomiting it sounds ok. However go with your instincts and if you are not comfortable then get a little taken out.

Good luck.

I've been too tight twice, and had fluid removed. I am at 7.3 in a 10 band and still feel like I need more. I have already had 10 fills in little more than a year. I eat about 1 cup per meal, 4 meals most days, and average around 1100-1300 calories a day. Maybe your band got irritated from something you ate. So, even if you get some removed now, when you go back and have the same amount put back in you may be fine.
