Post-Op Day 1

So yesterday was my Bday!! Surgery went well I had a hernia repaired and a single incision surgery..yesterdy was good just a little sore...today however I feel like I gave birth through my belly button!! It hurts so bad. I'm actually sitting here waiting for my dad to pick me up from the hospital so I can go home and lay down!

    Use the pain meds they give you for the next few days .. no sense in suffering if you don't have to! Take it easy also - I rushed myself and didn't give myself the time to recover that I should have.
