I on my post op day 5 and after 2 day ago n now I get hungry alot why u guys thing is tha ???

I'm assuming you haven't had a fill yet, without the fill its really your regular stomach. The fills will help, be patient. I am six months post-op and I still get hungry, I try to eat every 2-3 hours to avoid that. Once I get hungry I can be in trouble so that's why I try to stay on the 2-3 hours....
