Food!!!

I'm in the uk 3 weeks post surgery and was wondering how long after surgery did anyone go back on to normal foods??? My surgery was brought forward due to a cancelation and only had a few days to get ready and was given minamal advice for after in regards to food! The booklet I was given says to start introducing food from 4-6 weeks , I know I'm ready ( only 1 week left) I have healed so well feeling really good and nothing has been a prob so far! Got quite good restriction already , I can't even finish a cup of food most dinner times!!! Thanks for everyone's advice it helps so much x
