All I can say is I'm glad it's over!!! But now the really work begins. Sore but not in real pain rate it a 3 on pain scale. Please keep up the schedule with your pain meds! I had the beat doctor ever ( dr bagnato from Albany, ga) his staff was wonderful and he made sure I was comfortable. The actually surgery was 45 minutes. I arrived at 8 and was home by 3!! I have to share a secret.. I ask could I have Valium before the procedure and it was a lifesaver. I was so anxious last nite and it helped me get a good night rest and this am I was well rested and calm. My only complaint was I am a hard stick and I was stuck 11 times before I got a IV but also I had took a Valium this am and I was ready for the world!! Just trying to get comfy for tonite but I believe this was one of the best choices I ever made!!

congratulations... its over now, and , yes, your new life begins... Get as much rest as you can. Dont expect too much from yourself.. your body needs to recover from the surgery and you will need some time to readjust to your new life.

im sure you will do really well. keep reading and posting... we want to hear how it is with you.
