Dr. Garber Self Pay Price?

I have been working with dr. Garber's office of NY bariatrics. I am wondering if anyone else has had their surgery completed by his office and was self pay? If so can you share the cost including endoscopy?

    I'm also working with Dr. Garber. I have my endoscopy scheduled for 4/19/12. Am not sure of the out of pocket cost.......I was told the lap band procedure (without being covered by insurance) was $20,000.
