Watching Sodium Intake?

Is anyone actively watching sodium intake? I'm very much a salt-a-holic and have not been consciously counting my sodium. I'm wondering if it might be hindering me some days.

I don't purposefully watch it, but I like to keep an eye on it. Today it seems like most of my sodium came from my healthy deli meat that I had for lunch- not a biggie for me.

I did read that if you drink plenty of Water, it keeps the sodium flushing out.

whew! I am getting my water in so maybe its not a big deal. I must do better with the salt intake though. no more snacking on pickles. LOL.
