Good Grief, I Gained 3Lbs Easter Weekend:(

So much for eating what I wanted over the holiday weekend. Back to the grind with perfect eating and tons of exercise to lose it. So not worth it the binge. Memorial day beware. You will not trip me up! Thanks for letting me vent.

    Hopefully it's water retention from too much salt! I am up 2 myself, but I have been battling these few pounds up and down for 2 months! Today is my day 2 of regrouping, refocusing!
