I was wondering if anyone out there has done medifast with the band. I just ordered my first month and I am really praying it will give me the structure i need. I will be doing the 5 and 1 which is 5 medifast products and i lean and green meal.. thanks....

Search the forums for medifast. I seem to recall reading last week that another person was on medifast... Maybe it was on the "what did you eat today?" topic...

I did it for my pre-op. I can't say I liked it, but it was effective.
