So since Monday im on soft foods stage 3 ....i eat 3 times a day 1 1/2 oz oz protein and 1 oz of fruits /veggies it is def not really enough food , and then i m suppose to take 20-30 per meal ...geez im trying but thats really not easy lol now im wondering if i eat some creamy soup would that be only 2 oz too? i will do this for 2 weeks and then i get pumped up to 4 oz of protein and 1/2 cup of fruit / veggies per meal ,....i also got my answer why no to eat breads/ pasta its not only because the doughy once could get stuck its also because the weight loss will stop adding these foods to early, i didnt know that but now it makes sense ...

I've been eating around1/2 cup to 1 cup per meal. I am only eating things like chili, baked potato, and string cheese right now though. My appetite is starting to increase I can tell especially at night when I am sitting around.
