if you have too much restriction and nothing is going down, sounds like you may need a slight unfill. One can not live on Starbucks and fried chicken nuggets alone!

I agree that you may need a slight unfill as if you can't eat healthy foods you are too tight, but I do not believe that starbucks and chicken nuggets are the only things that will go down. If you can eat those then surely you could also have something like a Protein shake or yogurt which are far healthier.

Go and get some fill taken out and start making proper, healthy choices.

i have six cc in my band as well, for almost a month I was noticeably restricted due to period bloat, then after my ccyle resolved I'm now able to eat 3 meals a day without a problem. did you get a fill durring "that time" of the month? It can have an effect. My doctors office said that durring that time of the month some gals come in for slight unfils while other's focous more on liquids until things simmer down. Hope this helps.

Hi,..

I feel you ..I have a problem similar

.I just try to find Soup that os really good and filling ..olive garden or jasons deli .. also make sure u are not to tight ...I went about three weeks ago and found out I was toooo tight...

Remember...Soup is a liquid it will just go through your band. Not supposed to have liquids with meals as it will flush food out of your lapband pouch. Most soups are full of high calories too.
