I have found that a plastic surgeon will take your money any time you offer it like most car salesmen! But I think it would be best to get to normal BMi and make sure you can maintain it for at least 6 months. If you can afford it, it is a great reward for putting yourself at normal BMI where your risk of bad health outcomes is back to normal...vanity is in all of us but please consider your health first!

I am about 25 pounds out and just scheduled abdominoplasty and Breast Reduction for June 4th! I will hopefully lose about 12 more pounds before that time.
