Surgery W Coughing???

I'm sceduled for this Monday the 19th for surgery. Will they still do it if I've been coughing? No chest congestion, just a tickle and dryness in my throat.

I had the same thing...allergies. They still did the surgery but let me tell you the lingering cough after the surgery while trying to heal has been tough. Try running to your family doctor and see if they can prescribe you something. Mine gave me a 3 day antibiotic. It helped somewhat. Good luck to you.

Yeah don't want that issue after surgery! I only coughed a few times and I had a few tears! Ouch!!!!
