Good Vitamins?

What are some good vitamin brands that has worked for you all? Are gummies required?

I have the centrum chewable vitamins. Not delicious by a long shot, but doable. I also heard some people do 2 children's flinstones vitamins. Hope this helps. I think chewable is good, because sometimes the ones you swallow are too huge. The gummy ones- you'd have to be careful to chew them too so they don't get stuck

My dr told me No gummies because they don't absorb the same as reg vits.. He said centrum chewables and calicum Citrate chewables, not calicum carbonate. He also said to split them up and take them with each meal.. The calicum citrate is 1000mg per day.. Also the calicum citrate can only be absorb 500-600mg at a time so that's why you have to split them up...

I have also heard of Bariatric Advantage Vitaband, formulated specifically for the band. I have personally been doing a kids chewable, but will buy those when I run out.
