Lap Band Mentor

I had my surgery back in november of 2011, so far I lost 32 pounds. I have not attended any support group and is looking for one. The one that was recomended to me by my doctor is not conveinent because of my work schedule. I am really struggling and need someone to talk too. I need a mentor.

    32 lbs since November is good....Trust me, I had surgery in Dec and only lost about 13...so trust me, it could be worst...Keep your head up, you're doing great
