Not Loosing

i was banded on August 17, 2011. I have had 2 fills. Thus far have lost only 22 lbs, and seem to be stuck. I am having some problems with occasional vomiting. I would like to loose another 30 lbs. I am scheduled for another fill this week. Any suggestions? I seem to be stuck. I think I am eating too many small meals thoroughout the day. I can not eat very much in 1 sitting.

Do you count your calories? Stay under 1200? I eat almost every 2 hours. My meals are 300 calories or less and my snacks are 100 or less. Also, are you working out? Both of these things are important to lose weight.

Yes, your calorie intake could be playing a big part in it. The type of calories can effect you, too.

I use an Android app called "Lose It!" to track not only my daily calorie intake but to monitor my fat, sugar, carb, and Protein too. It's a lifesaver for me, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to monitor their food.

I try to stay around 1000 calories a day, at least 60g of protein, less than 20g of fat, and less than 120g of carbs daily. So far for me, it's working.

Or you could need an unfill.

Don't get discouraged! Change up your routine. Watch calorie intake and exercise.

Hang in there!
