Hiking And Backpacking With The Lapband

Hey everyone,

Did not see this topic anywhere so I am hoping some of you might be able to help. I am wanting to go on a 4 or 5 day backpacking trip this summer and need to know if anyone has any experience with types of food or other difficulties the band may have run into. Thanks!

I would think if you brought the right food with you you would be fine. But I've never gone backpacking though.

I've done some Kayaking last summer.

By next summer, you will know what you can eat and what you cannot.

Everyone is different.
