you ate all of that?

Soda? Flour tortillas? very bad for you.

It sounds like you need a fill. I have not been able to eat like that even before I started getting fills. You are banded already right?

oh, ok ..... I can relate. It will get easier. You will get to the point where it doesn't even sound good. Sometimes it even feels like the brain does get banded. I used to do the McMuffin and hashbrown thing often. Now McDs doesn't sound or smell good. It takes some time, but life gets so much better. :)

hehe..I had to read the post 2x then realized she meant pre-band.

Well I loved (notice past tense) those McGriddle Meals....plus a large frapp.

banghead.gif being unfilled...very very bad...

I did it! One day down...it will become a habit! I did over eat when I got home tonight and payed for it with vomiting for the first time...lesson learned!!!!!

Good for you! I am going on day 2 with no soda- it has been so hard, but the results will be worth it! I hope to have a surgery date soon, so might as well get going now.

Yeah - that wasn't as tough to give up as I thought it would be. Excedrin got me through the headaches!
