Night Time Heart Burn?

Hi, I'm 2 weeks post-op and have been having heart burn at night. Has anyone else experience this? I've heard that some of the symptoms of night heart burn could mean a slip??

Thank you for any advice.

Hmmmmmm, I'm actually VERY HAPPY to report that since my surgery NO heart burn.

I Had heart burn EVERY night REAL bad before surgery. So I'm loving that I don't have It now.

Good luck, keep us posted!!!

When I had my band done I was put on pepcid complete "chewable s" for any Heartburn or Discomfort. 2 a day.

It worked !

Also put on Flintstone's COMPLETE with CHOLINE!chewable vitamins 3 X a day.

I still take them. No regrets.

I've had GERD ever since I had my son in 2006. I've taken Prilosec since then. I was banded on 12/21 and haven't had it since surgery. I had heart burn this morning and took some Pepcid Complete, and it helped.

It's just at night? Has it been everyday since surgery? Is it possibly related to something you eat or drink?
