Problems With My Lap Band

I haven't lost any weight since August. I wasn't able to hold down hardly any food, but wasn't losing. I went in last week and they said the reason I wasn't losing I was too tight. They let out 1cc. I have already gained 5 pounds. Is this normal? Will the weight come off? I am eating healthy, but my body hasn't had food in awhile. I am almost at my year mark and am still 30 pounds from where I want to be. They kept saying I've done great. I've lost 65 pounds, but have lost more and faster on medifast 3 years ago of course that came back as soon as I stopped. I am still paying $300 a month for my band and I'm not happy.

You may have hit a long plateau. Might be an idea to track how much you are eating and how much you are burning off in exercise .. if calories in are less than calories out most times you should lose something :)
