After last small unfill I think I might be in the green zone. Even with more ccs in my band no more vomiting or getting stuck I can eat most anything that is not breaded or any type of bread. Now my problem how fast I get full and NO signs like before that said STOP now. Now if I have one bite too much - hour of pain. What happen to my hiccups that said STOP THIS MINUTE. Will it ever come back. Sometimes it could be ½ cup or less but every food is different but I can't find that stopping point. What happen? I have been the other way for 2+ years . . . .maybe I can now finally get the last 20 off. But the pain of one bite too many is almost more painful (stuffed feeling) than just throwing up. I feel like I had a big burger and some fries and then a fried apple pie (sorry to bring that up). Or old eating of Thanksgiving dinner stuffed and unhappy.

But it almost feels like if I could just throw up a small amount it would stop the stuffed feeling but I am not doing that but I can not seem to eyeball it like before and if I measure some food it is just too much depending on food. Anyone else, advice? Maybe I should do more very small meals instead of 2½ or 3

Working out like crazy to lose this last bit. Please tell me what you know?

Sometimes your full signal can be as simple as a sigh. Sometimes a tiny bit if a runny nose. Look for a "softer" sign.

I can understand the "sigh".

Sometimes I loose interest in eating. I feel that way between meals. That is my lack of appetite because I'm in the green zone.

When the hiccups start it usually means I have already crossed that threshold. First sign of being stuck.

With me it is usually a feeling of discomfort, like the food is just sitting there, which it probably is, accumulating in the upper pouch. May have a little tinge of pain.

At that point I will wait a little and then continue eating slowly. If the feeling comes right back, them I'm finished with that meal.

Seem to be getting better at judging but it does not take much to be full. Funny though cause I have more in my band than ever and no stuck feeling ,no throwing up, not use to this but it is nice!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
