frustrated and depressed -__-

I was banded on 2/17/11. I have lost 26 lbs since my pre-op began I am VERY VERY disappointed, confused and without direction. My nutritionist has moved, and I have very little support. I am not nsure what I am supposed to be doing, and have since lost my insurance. Im extremely discouraged. most of the online information about lap-bands is for pre-surgical patients. I am desperate and need some help and guidance.

Can you post a menu of what you eat in a typical day, so we can get an idea?

Also, are you exercising? Getting enough water and protein? When was your last fill? (I know it's tough without insurance)

Don't be depressed that is 26 lbs hopefully you will never see again. I ordered some books from amazon about the Lapband (they did not cost very much) There are many that start at the beginning and you do not need to know the process of the surgery but if you will research them a little there are ones about living with the band for life. You might check your library too.

But you can find out so much by researching right here. I never not once saw a nutrionist and I did lose 84 lbs. There could be reasons why you are not losing, Like the poster before me said give people some details and then they can begin to give you advice

Smile and Believe you will do this.
