Swelling around the incisions

I have a question for you post surgery banders.... I had my surgery last week and I noticed that my left incision (large insicision) feels hard around it while my other incisions don't... Just wondering if that was normal.

    I havent been banded yet! But if is your larger insicion I think that is where you port is and Im sure it would probably feel different.
