The chest pain you'll feel is NOT a heart attack...its gas from the surgery. Make sure you have Gas-X strips, heating pad and walk walk walk. Then when you're finished walking...walk some more. Do windmills with your arms. All these help get rid of the gas that makes you feel like you're dying!

OMG, thanks a lot for that. I have the thermal heating stickers, i have an electric heat pad.

I didnt think of the gas x strips i will go get that right away. and thanks for the tips walking and windmill arms. I surely will do that

Don't forget your slippers and PJs. You don't want to have anything hanging out while you're

walkin down the hallway.

Start drinking your protein again as soon as you can. And keep drinking it even when you move away from just liquids. It helps to keep you full and helps with the healing.
