pre op fatigue???

Is anyone else tired and exhaused like me? I am only on day 2 of my pre of diet and I feel like I have no energy at all. I could seriously fall asleep while writing this post. I have been doing 3 protein shakes/bars, as well as some cottage cheese, yogurt and salad and soup. Im not that hungry, I just have no energy. what should I do? I am pretty sure its from a lack of curgar/caffiene?

Hi,

I didn't have fatigue but in addition to taking my Protein shakes, I made sure I took my multiviatmin, Calcium and B12. I think that helped a lot!

I was exhausted like that for the first 4 days but on the fifth day my energy came back. Your body is adjusting to the diet.
