Intro

Hey there! My name is Heather and i just had the lap band on 10/17. I decided to do it because i am young and i want to prevent the ton of health problems that go along with being overweight. I looked into it for a long time and decided that it would be the least invasive way versus the bypass or sleeve. I have been reading a lot of information on here so far and it has been very helpful. It is nice to know that you are not alone through this process because it certainly is not easy :).

Hi Heather, You've come to the right place. I envy your weight loss, but I've got

my appointment tomorrow and then we'll see who's the biggest loser (that doesn't

sound too good). Anyway , welcome.

I was banded on the 17th as well! Good luck to us all!
