The perfect balance

I think I am entering a zone of good balance with food & exercise. Im finally see the scale drop & I am feeling good. I have learned that major calorie restriction, talkin 200~300/day, & major hard core bootcamp workouts on top of it will put ur body in total starvation mode & u won't loose any weight!

I am now trying my best to eat @ least 600~800 cals per day & I am doing a light 25~30 min workout everyother day. Short cardio, light weight, situps, planks, & stretchinh :)

Oh & therapy never hurts! Lol
