Had surgery in May

Just thought I would leave a small post with a quick hello! I am new here. I had my surgery in May. Doing well I suppose. I would love to hear from other people who had surgery in May. I have since lost 49lbs. I just had my 4th fill. I am hoping this is my last fill since I am having a hard time eating alot of things :( I would love some band friendly receipes..easy ones cause I am far from Paula Dean :) Not to much else I guess...

There is an entire thread on high protein, band-friendly foods! If you need help finding it let me know :) I was banded June 24, 2011 so I'm not far behind you. 34 lbs down & finally feeling restriction-which is great! I have 8 cc's in my 14 cc band. Have a great day! :)
