pain in my kidneys

I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone. I have a low grade pain in the center of my back on both sides. I think it's my kidneys. I'm wondering if I have overdone the protein or vitamins so I'm swearing off both to see if the pain goes away. Has anyone ever had this happen and did it go away?

    WELL I HAD KIDNEY PAINS TO AND I HAD TO GO TO ER AND GUESS WHAT I HAVE TWO KIDNEY STONES AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE THEM OUT THEY GAVE ME FLO MAX WHICH IT RELAXED U DOWN THERE TO DROP THE STONES , WHICH I NEVER BUT THE PAIN WENT AWAY FOR A WHILE I GOT THE PAIN BACK AND I STILL DIDNT DROP THEM ! SO I WENT TO THE ER AND THEY TOLD ME MY BODY PRODUCES THEM ! GAVE ME PAIN MEDS AND MORE FLO MAX ! BUT THANK GOD TIL THIS DAY NO KIDNEY PAINS :)

    You need to call your doctor. In the meantime don't take any Tylenol. Acetaminophen is hard on the kidneys.

    So I drove myself to the ER at 2:00 am. They finally figured out it was my gall bladder which has been removed. Thanks for the advice.
