goinging crazy

hello to everyone

tomorrow is my secound appointment with the doctors .after this they will get everything they ask for and send it to the insurance.

here is my problem my pcp only have 4 yrs of my weight the insurance is asking for 5 what can i do that year i only went to them one time for some reason they didnt get my weight,so now i dont know if they would expcet that i do have diabetics and high blood presure and a bmi of 35.
