How have you done since your band-date? Good to see more SC's posting. I was banded 3 days ago....and minute-by-minute taking myself through this liquid stage. I actually had to do liquids 5 days pre-op, too, plus a bowel cleansing the night before surgery....well, between those two I lost 14 lbs before my surgery.

Keep in touch, I usually watch/post in the SC forum.
