Vitamins

Hello all, I went to my first consult yesterday and I am not on the pre surgery diet to lose 10% of my weight before surgery. I do have an questions about vitamins that my surgeon wants me to take after surgery. I need a to take a multivitamin with mineral and iron, Bitamin B complex with extre B-12 and a Calcium Citrate withBit D (500 mg). I don't want to spend an arm and a leg buying these so does anyone have any suggestions on where I can start?

You are going to be taking some of them for a very long time, so go to Walmart or a big box store and buy house brands where you can. I doubt if you'll

spend more than fifteen or twenty dollars a month.

i take viactive chews for calcium and vitamin d, flinstone chewables multi vitamin, 2 times daily.

I take a Gummy Multivitamin from VitaFusion. My Calcium Citrate w/ Vitamin D are the chews from Bariatric Advantage. The first week or so I tried the chewable tablets for both. They were both just too chalky. I then tried liquid versions of a multivitamin and Calcium Citrate. They were just downright nasty, and the smell was overwhelming. I would not recommend liquid versions. Blech! The gummies for me go down easy..and the calcium citrate chews are like eating Starburst candy.
