Fit or Fat?

I wanted to share with everyone a book I came across that I had forgotten about. It's titled The ultimate fit or fat by Covert Bailey. I had to read it years ago for a college class I had when I was in the nursing program. It starts out slow and looks kind of dated. If you will read it, you will see how much sense it makes. It talks about nutrition and exercise. It breaks down the reasons why exercise is important and how to do it properly to ensure your body is burning fat and making more fat burning enzymes and not just burning sugar. The author is a doctor so he will explain things from a biology viewpoint. He will explain how certain exercise will burn more fat than others. All the exercises he talks about are things that can be done at home no gym membership required. You may be shocked to read this information. The book is thin won't take long to read. It may just change your life. I re-read it a few weeks ago and it all makes sense I feel more confident than ever that I can loose the weight I need.
