i just had to do a slimfast at Breakfast and lunch, lean cuisine type meal at dinner and a couple of Snacks of fruit or milk during the day. i was on clear liquids the day before surgery though.

My surgery has only put me on the clear liquids for three days before my procedure.

Water, sugar, water, sugar.... for three days.

How many days did you have to liquid?

Is this normal?

Im doing pre op diet now. 3 Protein shakes per day and two meals which include 3oz of lean meat, 1/2 cup veggies, 2 cups salad except iceburg, and 2 tbs of dressing. Im having a hard time eating the second meal. I can also have either a sugarfree popsicle or a sugar free Jello a day. Post op is when i start my liquid diet.
