New banded 8/12/2011

Hi My name is Toni and I was banded on 8/12/2011. 5 days post-op - still a lil sore and pain but ok... I have lost a total of 10lbs with 7 being lost during pre-op diet. my goal is to lose 80 lbs. 70 lbs to go.

    Good Luck Chelle with your surgery and progress. I lost 7lbs during my pre-op. It made me feel really good and got me off to a good start on my program.

    Don't get frustrated with the post op diet - ok?
