surgery day

The reality has finally set in that I will be getting surgery on 9/7/2011. I still have yet to find the "perfect protein drink" aside from isopur. My taste buds are so crazy but I want everything in place before I go getting a restrictive procedure. Im nervous but ready, any suggestions??

Stock up on yogert (if you like it), sugarfree popsicles, sugarfree Jello, sugarfree fudgepops, chicken or beef broth, and whatever you like to drink. I use powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein powder, vanilla, choclate, strawberry, and unflavored. Most important advise I can give you is start walking as soon as you can to help with the gas pains. And make sure you keep yourself hydrated. Good luck with everything!

Ditto with what Scott said :)
