medically supervised diet...

My insurance (Aetna CA) requires, like many insurers, a 6 month medically supervised diet... does any one know what the insurance is expecting? I am about 4 months into my 'diet' and am getting nervous... What if I do not lose enough? Do they care how much? My nutritionist says that my severe sleep apnea and bmi should be enough for approval, but have others been denied? Ahhhhhh! Driving myself nuts. Lol!

My insurance wanted a very detailed report, with progress notes. They rejected the first report. The facility had to re-do it. They gave me one complete with graphs to accompany the progress notes, and a detailed cover letter.
