My doctor is big into the Nutrilite Vitamins. What brand of vitamin do you take and what type. Thanks !

My doctor just recommends Centurm Chewables!

I take 2 Flintstone Completes, 1 Caltrate and 4 Vitamin D (kids) chewables throughout the day!

I take a vitamin called Vita Band its made especially for lap band patients. I believe it is put out by bariatric advantage.

There is a multivitamin called Slice of Life. They are gummies and are really good. I have only been able to find them at the Vitamin shoppe. Hope this helps.

I like Vita Band too. They don't taste the best but they do the job!
