I think the best one is Bob from The Biggest Loser and available at Target....it comes with a DVD and will get you built up in a short time. It is a good work out.

I can barely walk because I did my first workout yesterday morning. OUCH!!! I bought the Reebok kettle weight (comes with DVD) because it was half the price as Bob's bell and it is also at Target.

Bob is pricey indeed. I had bought 3 of Bob's and they went on sale the next week....I went through my garbage several times til I finally found my receipts to get money back. Any kettlebell will work and I like the Reebock KB's, too, but I love the shape of Bob's. Tomorrow's workout is KB's and I am both excited and dreading it, LOL!!!

OMG I started kettlebells 4 weeks ago and it really kicked my weight loss into high gear. it is fun and a total body workout! I LOVE KETTLEBELLS! Banded April 25th and down 47lbs!

I dont have dvd's I was lucky enough to have a friend from work whose husband is training a group of us in their garage, 30 min workouts but they rock!
