July 25, 201115 yr So I went to fill dr. and he was suprised that I had 3.2 in my band without being in the green zone. He was hesitant but filled me to 3.4. I"m afraid if I go back he won't put any more in. What do I do? What should I tell him.
July 25, 201115 yr Wow, I would have thought a fill dr would know better than to judge whether you are in the green zone or not by how much fill you have! Be very clear in telling him how you feel after eating, how long you feel satisfied for etc. Remember, it's your body and you know what you are feeling.
