Bad Band Days

Question for my fellow bandsters......

Does anyone else have bad band days where it seems nothing will go through without getting stuck? I never had before, but it has happened a few times- it's annoying

To be honest when I have a day like that I tend to wait a long while before trying to eat anything and go back to very mushy foods. It usually only last that day and I can go back to eating what I normally do. I also noticed that I have been increasing the amount of Water I drink and that helps me.

I had 2 protein shakes, a yogurt, 5 oreos, and a few bites of pork roast and green beans today. I tried to eat something besides the cookies, but they went down so easy and I was starving by 10:30 pm! Some days I'm so tight until late at night.

O yeah ! Weather can cause it, Anger can be a big one. Especially if you been arguing for a while. You will find you might not be to hungry after that argument. So don't push it. And other things, It has it's days.

I have good and bad days. Some days seems like I can eat anything. Then there are others where nothing goes down well. I have a friend who has the same issues with hers, so I'm guessing it is normal.

Anger?? That makes sense- if I think of the days it's been bad band wise it is when I am annoyed with someone in my house
