Hi Everyone,
I've seen quiet a few people on here who have lost like more than 50lbs 1-2 months post op. Is that normal or very successful? I was so happy my first week because I lost between 1-2lbs a day. In 7 days I was down 12lbs. Then I stopped and have not lost another pound for 5 days actually gained 2lbs back. And I'm still on a liquid diet. A sample of a day would be a sugar free Breakfast carnation for breakfast, a slim fast for lunch and chick broth or 1 serving of Soup between 70-100 calories. I will snack on a Jello or V8 Splash. I know I am not over eating. I walk close to a mile a day for exercise.
I would just like to hear that it's normal so I will stop worrying that I'm doing something wrong. Or find out how to get losing again.
